CLIMACT co-organises, together with the Expertise Center for Climate Extremes (<a href="https://www.unil.ch/ecce/en/home.html">ECCE</a>) and a small organising team led by&nbsp;<a href="https://wp.unil.ch/dawn/">Tom Beucler</a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href="https://people.epfl.ch/hendrik.huwald">Hendrik Huwald</a>, the third edition of the Atmospheric Science Day, that will take place on Friday 1 November 2024, tentatively from 8:30 to 17:00.

This event aims to bring together the UNIL and EPFL communities involved in the atmospheric sciences, which are essential to forecasting and understanding climate change, with a particular focus on early-career researchers.

The event is dedicated to EPFL and UNIL affiliated researchers and students, as well as MeteoSwiss members. The <a href="https://forms.office.com/e/Y87sqvQ1Rc">registration</a> is open until 11 October 2024.

The agenda of the day will be communicated on this webpage in due time.
